What health & fitness struggles did you have before becoming a client?

I used to have so much trouble sticking to my diet as I was always restricting myself from certain foods and thinking I could only the most basic meals (protein and vegetables, limited carbs). I would try and eat 3 main meals a day with a snack if needed. Since become one of Alicia's clients I have gained so much knowledge just on nutrition itself, carbs are NOT the enemy of you are able to cycle them correctly.

And eating 5 different meals a day which are all extremely different makes it so much easier to not get sick of your foods or crave throughout the day. 

I also use to do at least 3 X  the amount of cardio I currently do and about 3X less the weight training I currently do and I feel immensely better with a weight based training plan. 

Why did you choose to work with Alicia?

After following ally on social media for a few months and constantly seeing her girls progressing and looking amazing, and also her constant positive words and encouragements about not only training but life in general, I knew that if I was ever to go down the path of having a coach I would want it to be Alicia and it was the best decision I have ever made for my own well being. 

 What's it like working with Alicia?

 Working with Alicia is so incredibly motivating and FUN. Every training session you are bound to leave with a smile on your face and full of energy for life (not physical energy because she will push you to your limits?) but her encouraging words and reassurance is more helpful than she may even realise. Ally puts so much attention and dedication into making sure her angels get the results they want and therefore makes you want to push your hardest and follow every guideline to match the effort she puts in and even more so to make her and our-self proud. 

 How has your life changed since being coached by Alicia?

 I am so much more confident walking into a gym and nailing all my training and knowing that each session I complete is one session closer to being a better me, I am physically stronger and mentally so much more capable of being accountable for my diet and prep each day. 

 Alicia is inspiring in the sense that no matter what may be going on in your life, there is ALWAYS time for the goals that you want to reach. Watching ally be so time efficient and watching her work ethic and dedication she puts into each day and each and every individual client has change my outlook on my own personal organisation and what i can fit into each and every day whether it be getting up that hour or two earlier or going to bed that hour later. Goals don't work unless you do.
