Jacinta Simons is a seasoned fitness and nutrition professional with over a decade of experience dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve their health and wellness goals. Jacinta discovered her passion for fitness at a young age through her involvement in various sports and physical activities.

With a diverse background in dance, Taekwondo (earning a black belt), and rock climbing, Jacinta brings a unique perspective to her coaching approach. These experiences instilled in her a deep appreciation for movement, discipline, and resilience, which she incorporates into her training methodologies.

Driven by her desire to deepen her understanding of nutrition’s role in health and fitness, Jacinta pursued further education and studied nutrition and sports nutrition extensively. Currently, she is completing her degree in Bachelor of Health Science, specializing in Clinical Nutrition. This academic pursuit has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of dietary principles, metabolism, and the impact of nutrition on overall health and athletic performance.

Jacinta’s coaching philosophy centers around a holistic approach to health and wellness, integrating both fitness and nutrition components. She emphasizes the importance of balanced nutrition, regular exercise, and mindset development in achieving sustainable lifestyle changes. Her expertise in clinical nutrition enables her to provide evidence-based guidance tailored to individual needs and goals.

In addition to her academic and coaching achievements, Jacinta has also excelled in the realm of competitive bodybuilding. With her dedication and commitment, she has competed in numerous bodybuilding competitions, earning podium placings and recognition for her outstanding physique and commitment to the sport.

Throughout her career, Jacinta has positively impacted the lives of countless individuals, helping them overcome obstacles, break through plateaus, and achieve transformations they once thought were impossible. Outside of her professional endeavors, Jacinta enjoys staying active herself, whether it’s through rock climbing both indoor and outdoors, hiking, or weightlifting. She believes in leading by example and strives to embody the principles of health and wellness that she teaches to others.
